Ad hoc disclosure in accordance with Article 17 MAR

The executive board of Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG, Kornwestheim, resolved today to terminate the 5.25% bearer bonds issued in May 2014 (WKN: A11QFG; ISIN: XS1064049767) in the total nominal amount of EUR 250,000,000 in full with effect as of 15 July 2024 in accordance with Section 4 (3) of the bond terms and conditions and to repay them on this date at the nominal amount plus accrued interest.
